Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity
The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) is a United States research agency under the Director of National Intelligence's responsibility. * Cuts across multiple IC agencies;
* Targets new opportunities that lie in the white spaces between agencies;
